Zagotovo ste jo že sami pripravljali? Pa niste bili zadovoljni, ker je bila krema preveč redka v njej so bile grudice. V četrtek, 15.2., nas je profesorica, Grm Novo mesto-center biotehnike in turizma, Damjana Trbanc poučila, kako pripraviti kremno rezino. Na kaj vse moramo biti pozorni, kako mešati in kaj dodajati kremi, da je popolna. Kako pripraviti listnato testo… in seveda na koncu smo rezine tudi okušali. So bile dobre? Oja, odlične.
