BELOKRANJSKA RAZSTAVA OVC IN KOZ 2024 – nedelja, 2.6.2024, v lipovem gaju pri gasilskem domu Semič. \nPrvo nedeljo v juniju se v prijetni senci lipovega parka v Semiču srečajo rejci drobnice iz vse Bele krajine. Na razstavo pripeljejo svoje trofejne živali, ki so prava paša za oči. Obiskovalci lahko spoznajo razne pasme ovac in koz, med katerimi je še posebej dragocena belokranjska pramenka, ena od slovenskih avtohtonih pasem ovac. Na prireditvi poteka ocenjevanje najlepšega rogovja ovna in kozla ter izbor najlepše in najplemenitejše živali. Izberejo tudi najboljšo  jagenjčkovo pečenko, obiskovalcem pa so na voljo še razne druge mesne jedi. Pestra je tudi ponudba na stojnicah, na katerih belokranjski kmetje obiskovalcem nudijo kakovostne mlečne in mesne izdelke, med, številne zeliščne čaje in mazila ter privlačne izdelke domače obrti.\nDruštvo rejcev drobnice Bele krajine združuje rejce in ljubitelje ovac ter koz iz vseh treh belokranjskih občin. Vsakoletna razstava drobnice v Semiču je priložnost za njihovo druženje, izmenjavo izkušenj in za nakup domačih izdelkov, ki so delo pridnih belokranjskih rok. Ta dobro obiskana prireditev dokazuje, da obiskovalci resnično cenijo pridelke belokranjskega kmeta.\n\nProgram dogodka 9.00 – 14.00: \n9.00\n– Uvodni nagovor s kulturnim nastopom učencev podružniške OŠ Štrekljevec\n– Predstavitev živali na razstavi\n– Razsek trupa jagenčka za konfekcionarje g.
