čokoladno delavnico. Udeleženke (in en sladkosnedni junak) so skupaj z mentorico Anjo Fir ustvarjale sladke mojstrovine, ob tem pa so nastali čudoviti in okusni izdelki (čokoladi in pralina) ter nepozabni trenutki sladkega druženja. \nPosebno pozornost smo namenili temperiranju čokolade, saj je pri tem postopku ključna natančnost – le pravilno temperirana čokolada dobi tisti čudovit sijaj in hrustljav lom. \nHvala vsem za odlično energijo, ustvarjalnost in sladke nasmehe! \nFoto.: Kulturni center Semič [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]\n
