DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]KUD Jože Mihelčič Semič in Kulturni center Semič vas vabita na predstavitev pesniške zbirke ljudskih pevk Šokice z naslovom “PESMI NAŠIH KORENIN: TRADICIJA V SODOBNEM OBJEMU” v nedeljo, 25. maja, ob 18. uri v Kulturnem centru Semič.\nLjudske pevke Šokice že skoraj dve desetletji z ljubeznijo ohranjajo belokranjsko, zlasti semiško ljudsko pesem. Skupina je nastala na pobudo Martine Jurejevčič – Hluparjeve Tine, varuhinje starih, manj znanih pesmi. Od leta 2012 delujejo v okviru KUD Jože Mihelčič Semič, izdale so dve zgoščenki in redno nastopajo doma in po Sloveniji. Njihovo petje je bilo prepoznano tudi na večjih prireditvah, kot je Festival za tretje življenjsko obdobje.
