DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]8. februar je slovenski kulturni praznik – v spomin na leta 1849 umrlega pesnika, doktorja Franceta Prešerna, ga imenujemo tudi Prešernov dan. Ta dan je za praznik leta 1945 razglasilo predsedstvo slovenskega narodnoosvobodilnega sveta. Tudi nova država ga je ohranila in ga leta 1991 razglasila za dela prost dan.\nNa predvečer slovenskega kulturnega praznika vabljeni:\nPonedeljek, 7. februar, v KC Semič\n18.00        KAJ JE UMETNOST? pogovorni večer z Robertom Lozarjem \nDogodek bo brezplačen in bo potekal in v skladu z veljavnimi odloki (PCT, zaščitna maska) ter priporočili NIJZ.\nDobrodošli!\n\nV ponedeljek, 7.2.2021 je Robert Lozar, belokranjski akademski slikar, z nami delil razmišljanje o umetnosti. Zakaj in od kdaj nas fascinirajo pojavi, ki jih imamo za umetnost? Pripravil je celo predavanje o umetnosti. Zakaj določene predmete, s katerimi se soočimo, označujemo za umetnost? Zakaj umetnost tako vpliva na nas? Kaj spada pod umetnost in kaj ne. Pogovor med Robertom Lozarjem in umetnostnim zgodovinarjem, Iztokom  Premrovom je na koncu spodbudil niz vprašanj iz publike.\nNa koncu so si obiskovalci še od blizu pogledali Lozarjevo razstavo
