delavnico PRIPRAVA IN PEKA KMEČKEGA CVRTJA v Večnamenskem prostoru na Cerovcu.\nČlanica PGD Črešnjevec nas je najprej seznanila s sestavinami nato pripravo. Zelo pomembno je, da mešamo ročno in preden maso položimo na pekač mora biti ojle ali mast zelo vroča, kajti tako dobimo res pravo cvrtje.\nVčasih se je ob cvrtju jel krompir in solata danes pa marmelada, evrokrem, med tudi mi smo okušali cvtje po moderni različici z marmelado in evrokremom.\nRecept za pripravi kmečkega cvrtja pa najdete v kulinarični knjižici Jedi semiških babic, ki so jo izdale članice PGD Črešnjevec.\nFoto.: Uroš Novina\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]\n
